We start with an inventory: which systems run where, what depends on what, what belongs in the cloud — and what does not? Then we migrate step by step with a way back: non-critical services first, then core systems, each with parallel operation.
The biggest cloud mistake is uncontrolled sprawl. We size resources to real demand, use consumption-based services where possible and monitor cost continuously — with monthly transparency instead of a surprise bill.
