Challenge & solution

Built for B2B

For the B2B shop Confis-Express we built a high-performance interface to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Combined with tailored extensions inside Business Central, it forms the basis for maximum efficiency and process reliability.

At the centre is the seamless, automated transfer of all relevant business data – from individual customer prices and detailed product information through to structured marketing copy. After login, business customers automatically see their personally calculated prices, based on the pricing logic maintained in Business Central.

Complex requirements such as weight calculations for different packaging units and central maintenance of images and categories are also handled directly in Business Central. Automated price checks on order download and debtor import with direct customer-group assignment keep the process smooth and error-free.

The solution is consistently focused on efficiency, scalability and the specific needs of professional B2B processes – creating a foundation for sustainable growth and stable business relationships.

After login, business customers automatically see their personally calculated prices – directly from the pricing logic in Business Central.
