Business Central ↔ Shopware 6

Business Central and Shopware 6 always in sync.

One data set — no middleware and no double maintenance.

Items, variants, prices, images, categories, customers and orders flow bidirectionally between shop and ERP — without middleware and without double maintenance.

Two systems. One flow.

Shopware 6 & Business Central

The connector talks directly to both systems’ APIs. New items and price changes appear automatically in the shop, stock levels stay aligned, and shop orders land as documents in Business Central. Custom fields and multiple sales channels can be mapped as well.

After go-live, support, release checks and monitoring stay with us: we review release waves, accompany adjustments and make issues visible in the activity log.

Decision guide

What you choose with this.

Instead of middleware

Native extension in Business Central.

No intermediate server, no second integration license. Sync, intervals and logs stay in the ERP — where orders and stock already live.

Instead of a pure AppSource ISV

App plus mapping, go-live and support.

You get more than a download: we accompany setup and mapping, check release waves and stay available for monitoring and adjustments.

Instead of a pure agency build

Own product — release-ready.

The connector is a documented product with updates, not a one-off project script. Development follows Shopware and Business Central releases.

Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Stock levels are kept continuously in sync so the shop always shows the current warehouse level.

Yes. Products including variants, attributes and custom fields are transferred.

No. The connector is a native extension in Business Central and talks to the Shopware Admin API directly. An optional integration plugin sits in the shop and provides API access — it does not sit as a middle layer between shop and ERP. That removes ongoing middleware costs and an extra point of failure.

Yes, via the job queue with configurable intervals. A manual sync is possible at any time.

By default, AppSource detects the browser language and sets it accordingly, but the billing country is always set to “USA”. Our offers are only available in Germany and a few other selected countries, so you cannot install the app in that case. What to do? Click the country button at the top left next to the profile icon in Microsoft AppSource and change the billing country to your correct country. You will then see whether our app is available for you.
