No. You need a merchant account or approval from OpenAI (chatgpt.com/merchants). OpenAI enables feeds after review. The module delivers technology and operations – not merchant approval.
The default is: discover and compare in ChatGPT, checkout and payment in your Magento shop. Whether and when further checkout paths are available is controlled by OpenAI – not this module.
Besides the product feed for organic search, the module also connects to ChatGPT Ads: API sync with the Ads Manager and an optional Measurement Pixel (including Cookiebot).
OpenAI rolls the feature out regionally (initially including for users in the USA). Check the current status on OpenAI’s merchant page. Independently of that, you can already prepare and validate the feed.
No. The module works on the catalog and admin – not the storefront theme. Requirements are Magento 2.4.x / Adobe Commerce, PHP 8.1+ and the Solutioo base module.
