No. Our connectors are native extensions in Business Central and talk directly to your shop’s Admin API. An optional integration plugin sits in the shop and provides API access — it does not sit as a middle layer between shop and ERP. That removes ongoing middleware costs and an extra point of failure.
IT does not run an extra system or a second console. Operations and planning control sync, intervals and mappings in Business Central — where orders and stock already live. Protocols and activity logs keep runs traceable.
When many systems beyond shop and ERP need connecting, or when an integration platform is already the company standard. For the classic Shopware/Magento/WooCommerce and Business Central case, the native connection is usually leaner.
The job queue syncs data at freely defined intervals. Depending on your needs, that can mean several times a day down to a few minutes. Critical changes such as sales trigger the sync automatically.
Every API call is logged. Failed transfers appear in the activity log with a plain-language message and can be retried after you fix the cause.
Yes. Configurable products with variants such as color or size, customer-specific prices and customer groups are part of the standard connector scope.
The Shopware, Magento and WooCommerce connectors as well as several shipping and add-on apps are available on Microsoft AppSource and go through Microsoft validation. The TikTok Shop Connector and the DHL Express Connector are our own integrations and are not currently listed on AppSource.
